Are FUE punch needles sterile?
Yes. Every needle and cartridge is gamma sterilized and individually sealed. Kits and forceps are reusable and can be autoclaved.
What diameters should I order?
Most surgeons keep 0.9mm and 1.0mm in stock as daily workhorses, with 0.8mm for fine, high-density areas and 1.1-1.2mm for thicker grafts. The mixed refill box is a great way to test all sizes.
Do the punches fit my handpiece?
Our punches use the standard FUE connection and are compatible with the majority of motorized and manual FUE handpieces on the market.
How long does shipping take?
Orders dispatch within 1-2 business days. Typical delivery: 5-9 business days to Europe and North America, 7-14 days to Asia-Pacific. You will receive a tracking number by email.
Can I pay with a card?
Yes. Checkout is handled securely by PayPal, which accepts all major credit and debit cards - no PayPal account required.
Do you offer discounts for clinics?
