International Orders
We ship worldwide. Please note that customs duties or taxes may apply in your country and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns
Due to the sterile nature of medical instruments, we can only accept returns of unopened, factory-sealed products within 14 days of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
